Accountancy and payroll bureaus, PRO and business-setup firms, and technology partners — the people already doing this work for UAE employers, with the product behind them.

A large share of UAE HR administration is already outsourced — payroll to a bureau, visas to a PRO, setup to a consultancy. Those firms are not an obstacle to a good HR product; they are the people who understand the problem in the most detail.

The partner programme is deliberately early and deliberately small. We would rather have a handful of firms who genuinely know the product than a directory page full of badges.

Accountancy & payroll bureaus

You already run payroll for a portfolio of UAE employers. KLEDHR gives you one product across all of them — with each client in its own isolated tenant, not in a shared database with a client column.

PRO & business setup

Visa pipelines, establishment records and document renewals are the daily work. Scoped access to the cases you handle means your updates land on the client's record rather than in a chat thread.

Implementation partners

Migration, parallel payroll cycles and configuration for larger groups. If you do this work for a living, we would rather train you properly than compete with you.

Technology & integration

Accounting systems, attendance hardware, banks and identity providers. The product is API-first, and integrations are documented rather than negotiated per deal.

Referral

You advise UAE employers and the HR system keeps coming up. A simple referral arrangement, and we tell your client honestly if we aren't the right fit.
